Request an Appointment
We know you’re excited, and we appreciate that! But before you send that appointment request, there are a few things to keep in mind…
Calen ONLY accepts large-scale, black & grey, high-realism projects. That means sleeves / half-sleeves, full back pieces, chest pieces, etc. He does not do ANY color or ANY small projects.
Requesting anything outside of that for Calen will be sent over to Ashlee’s requests.
We thank you in advance for keeping these guidelines in mind!
Ashlee does NOT book:
❌ watercolor tattoos
❌ face tattoos
❌ realism / realism portraits (that goes to Calen)
❌ full-color sleeves (some small color projects ok / depends on the project)
❌ mandala / geometric-based designs
❌ landscape scenery
❌ finger / hand tattoos on new clients or clients who are under 21
❌ wedding band tattoos
❌ fingerprint tattoos
❌ any hate-related symbols / symbolism
As a general rule, Ashlee does not work with "pre-drawn" designs.
She will redraw any designs to be in her style and what works best for tattooing. Exceptions include handwriting and signatures but those still may need adjusting.
Ashlee prefers to book:
✔️ black & grey projects (some small color projects okay)
✔️ flowers / floral / leafy projects
✔️ script tattoos — flowy handwriting, NOT block lettering
✔️ anime / animation & video game projects (LOVE!)
✔️ Japanese style or related projects
✔️ witchy / witchcraft subject matter
✔️ puns / pop-culture references

— There is a 3-5 week wait on replies. Nothing you can do will speed this up, it’s all on us!
— Please do not ask if we got your request. If you believe there was an error, we prefer you just send it again!
— Requesting an appointment does not guarantee one. We may not be the right fit for you!
— We don’t do anything over the phone. We will not call you, just email!
— A question with an answer easily found on the website is lower priority than appointment requests, but it will still get answered!

Our artists are tattooing during business hours and will not have time to stop and talk if you drop by the shop to speak with someone. All of our consulting and booking is done through email / online — you’re already in the right place!

To request an appointment with Calen directly, send him a message on Facebook or Instagram (either one is fine, just not both!) with the following information:
— A description of what you’re hoping to get with reference photos
— The location you’re hoping to get tattooed (left arm, right arm, chest, etc.)
— A size estimate of the area you want tattooed, measured in inches
— Your general availability

To request an appointment with Ashlee directly: you will need a gmail account to access the form (this is so you can attach example / reference photos with your request). If you do not have a gmail, you can use this form instead, but you cannot attach photos.
PLEASE — Read and follow the instructions on EACH ITEM of the booking form as best as you can. Failure to fill out the form properly can lead to longer wait times.
